We scale with intention: small batches, seasonal menu changes, and hands-on tastings for every bespoke cake.

2013

Humble sourdough stand

Elite Bakers began as a Saturday stall by Kakoba Road, milling local grains and baking four loaves at a time.

2017

Couture cake studio

Expanded into layered cakes, adding edible florals and sugar artistry that drew couples from across Western Uganda.

2023

Regional bread program

Partnered with hotels, cafes, and airlines to supply viennoiserie and heritage breads seven days a week.

Under his leadership, our bakery has grown from a local favorite to a regional destination, serving Western Uganda with artisan breads, couture cakes, and pastries that tell a story of craftsmanship and care.
